Hydrangea Varieties at Our West Hartford and Torrington Location

Hydrangea season is here, and our West Hartford and Torrington locations has a beautiful lineup of varieties to explore. From classic white blooms to bold blues, pinks, greens, and dramatic color-changing flowers, there is something for every garden style.

Each hydrangea type will have a WH or Torr label, or both, showing which store carries which varieties.  But remember, product moves fast! If you are looking for a specific variety, make sure to call our store ahead of time to make sure it is still in stock. 

Panicle Hydrangeas

These varieties are known for their showy cone-shaped blooms and beautiful seasonal color changes.

  • Little Quick Fire — A compact variety that blooms early, starting white and aging to pink-red tones. WH and Torr
  • Tiny Quick Fire — Smallest variety in the quickfire family, early white blooms aging to pink-red tones . Torr
  • Quick Fire Fab — Big, full blooms with beautiful color changes throughout the season. WH 
  • Little Lime — A classic favorite with large lime-green blooms that soften to creamy tones. Torr
  • Lime Light Prime — Large lime-green blooms that soften to creamy tones and pink-red. WH and Torr
  • Little Lime Punch — A smaller hydrangea with a fun mix of green, white, pink, and red. WH  
  • Pinky Winky Prime — Bold two-toned blooms that start white and mature to rich pink. WH and Torr 
  • Fire Light — Large blooms that finish the season in vivid pink-red color. WH 

Smooth Hydrangeas

These are timeless, elegant varieties with rounded blooms and a soft garden look.

  • Annabelle — A beloved classic with big white blooms and old-fashioned charm. WH and Torr
  • Incrediball — Extra-large white flower heads with a strong, impressive presence. WH and Torr
  • Invincibelle Limetta — Soft green blooms that feel fresh, clean, and elegant. WH 

Lacecap & Mountain Hydrangeas

These varieties bring a more delicate, airy look to the garden.

  • Pinky Pollen Ring — A sweet lacecap variety with a pollinator-friendly feel. WH

  • Let’s Dance Sky View — Dreamy blue blooms with a fresh, elegant look. WH and Torr
  • Let’s Dance Can Do — Unique blooms along the stem for an impressive flower display.
  • Let’s Dance Loveable – Large gorgeous blue blooms for that summer feel.  Torr
  • Wedding Gown — Crisp white double blooms with a polished, romantic feel. WH and Torr
  • Wee Bit Innocent — Compact and sweet, with soft, charming flowers. WH
